Office of Personnel

The Office of Personnel is established in accordance with the "Personnel Management Act" and the "Regulations for the Staffing and Management of Personnel Agencies at All Levels under the Executive Yuan." Upholding the principles of lawful administration and fulfilling its advisory role, the office implements personnel policies to achieve institutional goals, safeguard employees’ legal rights, foster harmonious workplace relations and enhance personnel service efficiency.

The Office consists of two divisions, staffed by one Director, two Section Chiefs, one Officer, four Staff Members, one Clerk and one Contractual Employee funded by the University Affairs Fund. It is responsible for all personnel management matters, including organizational structuring, appointments, transfers, reviews, salary placement upon employment, personnel data management, evaluations, rewards and disciplinary actions, training and further education, overseas assignments, leave administration, appeals, insurance, compensation, benefits, retirement, severance and survivor assistance.
